The proportions are generous: the sixteen suites run to sixty square metres each; the three villas, of which the three-bedroom reaches three hundred and forty square metres, sit separately for greater privacy.

The lodge is a convenient base for the Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang) climb — the trail begins a short drive below in the valley, and the altitude here gives a head start on the ascent.
